Hypertension
High blood pressure is a kind of common chronic disease. It is also called "primary high blood pressure". In Chinese medicine, high blood pressure is caused by disorders of the function of liver and kidney. Foot therapy can keep the balance of Ying and Yang of the two organs, thus working properly for the disease.

Reflecting areas in pathology

Kidney, Liver, Adrenal gland, Ureter, Urinary bladder, Lung, Brain, Pituitary gland, Neck, Celiac plexus Heart, Thyroid Gland and blood pressure point.

Acupuncture points

Yongchuan, Taihsi, chaohai, hsingchien,


Taichung, tsusanli, Fenglung, and Taipai


Steps and methods

1. Press Kidney, Liver, Adrenal gland, Ureter, Urinary bladder, Lung and Brain for 100 times each until you have soreness and pain at the local part.

2. Rub the points Yongquan, Taixi, Zhaohai, Xingjian, Taichong, Zusanli, Fenglong, Taibai, and the areas Brain, Pituitary gland, Neck, Celiac plexus, Heart, Thyroid gland and blood pressure point for 30 to 50 times each, with a moderate local pain.

3. Repeat practicing step1 and step2 by half.

Sequence of massage:

When you practise foot massage yourself, first massage the left foot, and then the right foot.

Course of treatment:

Once or twice a day. One treatment for 3 months. It is more successful with herbal medicines.

You just need to watch the movie for a few times and you can learn easily how to practise this technique to treat the disease, and to keep you fit!
