Clearness and Turbidness, Dong and .ling (Stillness)
Dadao (the origin of nature) produces one qi (basic element), which contains both yin (the negative) and yang (the positive). Yin is turbid but yang clear, and the female is dark and the male light. Know its light-ness but stick to its darkness; know its maleness but stick to its femaleness. That is the method to train both the internal organs and the limbs, and to enhance the mind and the body. Clarity is the source of tur-bidness and dong is the basis of jing (stillness). Remain clear and still and you will refrain yourself from taking rash action, and the qi in your body will return to the original state of abundance. That is one of impor-tant things for health keeping.
