
Heaven is yang and earth is yin. Live in between and you can absorb qi from both of them and get it to flow in the five zang organs and limber up your muscles and joints.


Stand at ease with feet shoulder-width apart and hands clenched. Bend over slowly and push fists down as much as possible before straight-ening up slowly and raising fists overhead. Inhale before you bend over and hold breath when you take a bending position, and exhale when you straighten out. Return to the starting position and repeat the whole pro-cess nine times.
With muscles and joints limbered up and qi and blood flowing smoothly, you can cure yourself of lumbago, chest tightness, dyspnea and arthrosis.
