Twisting Tianzhu and Getting Qi to Flow

Tianzhu (neck) refers to the qi column linking the human body with its natural surroundings in qigong. Twisting tianzhu can activate qi and promote blood circulation.

Sit cross-legged with head slightly lowered. Twisting neck to the left with shoulders turning in the same direction. Get fingers of both hands in-terlocked and push them down to the left side of body. Look at fingers.Return to the starting position and repeat the whole process 24 times with "left" and "right" reversed.

This exercise can treat headache and other diseases caused by wind-cold pathogen.
