It is safe and effective to cure insomnia by foot therapy. The principle of treating this problem is to stimulate, the reflecting areas so as to adjust the balance of yin and yang.
Kidney, Adrenal gland, Urinary bladder, Ureter, Pituitary gland, Celiac plexus, Parathyroid gland, Gonad (1.2), Heart, Liver, Spleen, Stomach, Small and Large intestines, Insomnia
Yongchuan, Taihsi, Taichung, Shanyinchiao
Steps and methods
1. Press successively Kidney, Adrenal gland, Urinary bladder, Ureter, Pituitary gland, Celiac plexus, Parathyroid gland, Gonad (1.2), and Liver areas for 20 times each until you have a moderate local pain.
2. Press successively Celiac plexus, Parathyroid gland, Heart, Liver, Spleen, Stomach, Small and Large intestines, and Insomnia areas for 5 times each, with a moderate local pain.
3. Press Taixi, Taichong, Sanyinjiao, and points for 30 times each.
4. Press Yongquan point 80 to 100 times/minute until you have a warm sensation at the point.
When you practise foot massage yourself, first massage the left foot, and then the right foot.
Do it once a day. One treatment for two weeks. It is more successful with herbal medicines.
