Kong

Kong (emptiness) means relieving the tensions of the body and mind in practice. And only in this way can you make it possible to train shen whilst regulating jing and qi.

Wuji produces taiji and then yin and yang, bagua and all other things in the world. Kong is in fact a state of supreme void and therefore plays a key role in making progress in practice. As masters in ancient Chi-na put it, the genuine qi arises when you feel tranquil and void in your mind. And void here takes place on the basis of human life.

Keeping in a state of void, you can gradually get rid of acquired clum-siness and distracting thoughts and return to the natural state of pureness and clarity.
