History of Present Illness: Six years ago, the patient was a middle school student. At that time, she got blurred vision of both eyes slowly because of her hard study. "She had been treated with some kinds of eye drop, relaxation and keep fit massage, but there was no obvious curative effect on her. Physical Examination: The patient was conscious with a normal general condition. The pulse was soggy and thready. The tongue was red with a thin layer of white fur. Both eyes' outward appearance was normal. The vision of the sinister eye was 0.3; the vision of the dextral eye was 0.4. There wasn't other abnormal sign.

Diagnosis: Ametropia: myopia.

Differentiation: It's asthenia of heart and spleen due to too much contemplation, which caused the eyes couldn't be nourished well by qi and blood. So that the divine light of the eyes became lusterless.
