Prevention,Chinese medicine,Traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese herbal,herbal tea,Nature or social or harmonious,nursing methods
Rehabilitation involves not only overcoming the patient's physical suffering, but also regulating the psychological state of the rehabilitation patient so as to make him return to society with good somatopsychic health as much as possible. Preserving both physique and mentality and attaching equal importance to somatic and psychic health are one of the creams of life cultivation and rehabilitation theories in TCM. Therefore, people who preserve health should pay attention to the unity of physique and mentality. Only in this way can good health be guaranteed and life prolonged. The injury of physique is mostly accompanied with emotional impairment in most rehabilitation indications; emotional impairment in most cases is accompanied by the injury of physique. In other words, the injury of physique involves mentality while the impairment of mentality involves physique. Accordingly, the thought of attaching equal importance to physique and mentality also permeates in the whole rehabilitation practice. The treatment of physique as the main purpose is assisted by regulating mentality, while the regulation of mentality as main object is supplemented by treating physique. Attach equal importance to physique and mentality, and physique and mentality complement each other so as to effectively promote the patient's somatopsychic health.
