5.6.7.1 Sports activities

Ball games like table tennis and tennis raise the speed of cerebral information conduction and feedback to improve cerebral dexterity accordingly. These events may be selected according to the individual's interest and specialty

5.6.7.2 Standing upside down walking backwards

Standing upside down effectively increases cerebral blood flow volume, eliminates tinnitus, dizziness and cerebral ischemia; backward walking moves the muscular ligament of the back, regulates the function of spinal nerves and may prevent and cure the commonly seen diseases of brain workers like cervical spondylosis, joint diseases of the waist and legs and periarthritis of shoulder.

Massaging the vertex Rub the scalp with both hands from the front hairline to the back hairline like the movement of combing the hair. Massaging the cephalic region Press the temples with the thumbs.
