Ingredients: flour, lard, lotus seed paste
Seasonings: sugar, haematochrome, salad oil
Directions:
1. Take part of flour and lard then add right amount of water. Knead them into oiled dough.
2. Brush the rest flour and lard into oil puff.
3. Put oiled dough in oil puff. Make them into round shape and wrap lotus seed paste in. fried them done in mild oil. Color sugar red by haematochrome and decorate in middle.
Tips:
1. The situation of oil puff should be coherent with oiled dough.
2. Control fire and oil temperature when frying green pressing.
