Walking Exercise
This exercise is usually done when you take a walk. Twist and turn head and limbs along with breath and mind concentration so that you can get qi and blood circulated all over body and cure yourself of diseases. It is extremely good for the strengthening of muscles and bones, the regulation of blood and circulation of qi.
Lying Exercise
When you do this exercise, you can lie on back, on side or on stomach with hands and legs taking various positions. This exercise has been dealt with by health-keeping masters in ancient China. The lying exercise is usually regarded as an auxiliary one and is suitable for those who are not so strong.
