Urine Observe And Changes In china's Tibetan Medcine
Let the sample stand; observe the changes after standing ancl see how long it takes to have changes. The changes in urine contents and color should be nobserved. The speed of change is examined. Generally speaking, the changes in the urine of patient with heat disorders are rapid. It may occur even before the vapor has vanished completely. In case it happens long after the sample has cooled down and the vapor has vanished, it indicates a cold disorder. In a mixed cold-heat disorder th changes always occur right after vapor has vanished. Next, observe the color changes in the sample. In general, when the urine color is caused by disease, this color won't change after standing for a while. Lastly, the content and property of urine should also be observed. When the sample becomes thicker (concentrated) after standing, the diseases are mostly of the heat type. In case it changes to the opposite, or it becomes clearer and dilute, it indicates a cold disease. The changes in heart disease always begin from the bottom of the vessel, and gradually spread upwards. This indicates a newly contracted heart disease. In chronic, protracted heart diseases, the changes begin from the thinner part at the periphery of the vessels, and then involve the central part, or the thicker part. For cold disease, the changes also begin from :! the periphery and then move to the center.

General Analysis on Pathological Urine
The following is an introduction to urine in various disorders.Cold disorders. Its color is light and green. When it has just been passed, it is dilute with very scanty vapor, little smell, rather large foam that takes time to dissipate, thin and meager scum, floating materials and precipitation. After standing for a longer time, changes will appear, but the color remains green.

Heat disorders. Its color is deep and yellow, more concentrated, more vaporspersisting for a longer time, with fine but little foam that is yellow and quickl disappears. The scum is thicker, and the floating materials moving in the sample
are difficult to precipitate. When standing, changes readily appear, even when the vapor has not yet disappeared. Usually, the color after standing becomes deeper.

During the observation, an overall analysis should be made to prevent pseudo appearance or wrong diagnosis. In the case of red urine, a differentiation should be made as to which organs are involved or what kind of fever it is. In heart diseases, the urine samples are red and turbid, floating materials are located in the lower part of the sample, and it is a kidney disorder. Red with green urine, clear and not turbid, floating materials located in the middle portion, indicate a spleen disease. In case the urine sample is blackish red or pink, and floating materials are distributed evenly, it is a liver disease.
