Modification For the patients with profuse sputum, 6 g of Tinglizi (Semen Lepidii seu Descurainiae) (to be wrapped), 10 g of Tianzhuhuang ( Concretio Silicea Bambusae) and 3 g of Tiannanxing ( Rhizoma Arisaematis) are added; for the patients with severe cough involving chest and hypochondrium, 6 g of Zhike (Fructus Aurantii), 10 g of Yujin (Radix Curcumae) and 6 g of Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri) are included; for the patients with constipation, 10 g of Gualouren (Semen Trichosanthis) and 6 g of Zhike (Fructus Aurantii) are added; for the patients with hemoptysis and epistaxis, 10 g of Xianhecao ( Herba Agrimoniae ) and 10 g of Baimaogen (Rhizoma Imperatae ) are included.
