The plantar wart is a yellow corneous prominence the size of a soybean with tenderness on the part of the sole under pressure.
Recipe 1: Adequate amounts of fresh bitter gourd and pickled Chinese cabbage, and a small amount of rape oil.
Administration: The bitter gourd with the seeds removed is soaked in the liquid of the pickled Chinese cabbage for over one week, and cut into pieces for oral intake, 100 g after being fried in the rape oil for one minute, 3 times in a day.
Indication: The intake of fried bitter gourd for about half a month can treat flat warts.
Recipe 2: Several fresh water chestnuts.
Administration: The peeled water chestnuts are used to rub the warts, 3-4 times a day until they are softened and removed from the skin with slight pain and punctate oozing of blood after a few days of treatment.

Recipe 3: Yiyiren (Job's tears) 60 g and an adequate amount of brown sugar.

Indication: This gruel can be used to treat flat warts.
Recipe 4: An adequate amount of soybean sprouts.
Administration: The soybean sprouts are boiled for oral intake to replace other staple food for 3 meals a day for 3 days, and then they are taken orally as a dish with other staple food for 3 meals a day from the 4th day on.
Indication: The boiled soybean sprouts are used to treat flat warts.
Recipe 5: An adequate amount of dark plum and a small amount of table salt.
Administration: The plum meat is soaked in salt water for one day, and pounded to prepare a paste for external application to the skin lesions.
Indication: The plum paste is used to treat plantar warts.
