1 bitter gourd, 500g. minced meat
(A) wine, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. cornstarch mixture
(B) 6 cups of stock, salt, mono- sodium glutamate
1. Chean the bitter gourd, cut it into circularity. Dredge each bitter gourd with a little dry cornstarch inside.
2. Mix minced meat with (A) (stuff a little minced meat mixture in each bitter gourd)
3. Put the stuffed bitter gourd in a pot and add (B), then stew in medium heat for 25 min.
