Distribution areas of cutaneous region of conception vessel: Cutaneous region of conception vessel starts from perineal region and is distributed in exterior genitalia, anterior aspect of pars cervicalis tracheae which is at midline of chest and abdomen, surrounding of oral lips and so on.

Basic Introduction of Collaterals and Meridians

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of governor vessel: Cutaneous region of governor vessel starts from perineal region and is distributed in skin of exterior genitalia, coccyx which surrounds anus, abdominal vertebra, and posterior side of cervical vertebra, calotte and center frontal region then ends at mouth.

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of bladder meridian: Foot: it is distributed in lateral side of foot, dorsal side of the fifth toe, posterior aspect of lateral malleolus, heelstick and so on. Lower limb: it is distributed from lateral side of gastrocnemius to caput mediale musculi gastrocnemii, fossa poplitea, from lateral side of biceps brachii to medial side of musculus semitendinosus and ectogluteus. Lumbar and back region: it goes along cutaneous region of governor vessel internal and goes along lateral side of lumbar, posterior aspect of armpit, medial aspect of spine of scapula and lateral side of trapezius which is at posterior side of neck external. Head: it goes along cutaneous region of governor vessel internal and goes along 2.5 to 3.5 centimeters out of cutaneous region of governor vessel to medial angle of eye directly.

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of gallbladder meridian: Foot: it is distributed in lateral side of the third toe, dorsal side of the fourth toe and is distributed in dorsal side of foot and anterior aspect of ankle joint the same width. Lower limb: it goes along cutaneous region of bladder meridian back, goes along anterior side of external malleolus, anterior margin of fibula, lateral side of patella, anterior aspect of lateral thigh and anterior superior iliac spine front and ascends to anterior aspect of armpit then passes anterior side of shoulder joint and shoulder, front and back parts combine one on shoulder. Neck: it is distributed in lateral side of trapezius. Head: it goes along cutaneous region of bladder meridian inner and goes along posterior side of ear and supraauricularis hairline to skin of preauricula ansa capitis and supraauricularis.

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of stomach meridian: Foot: it is distributed in lateral side of the second toe and medial side of the third toe and distributed in dorsal aspect of foot the same width, it goes along cutaneous region of gallbladder meridian external and goes along crista anterior tibiae, medial side of patella, medial side of musculus rectus femoris and chest and abdomen internal; it goes along cutaneous region of kidney meridian external and goes along lateral side of musculus rectus abdominis and lateral aspect of nipple to supraclavicular fossa external. Neck: it is distributed in both sides of trachea. Face: it is distributed over skin of lower mandible, preauricula, temporal region and lower lid.

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of kidney meridian: Foot: it is distributed over lower side of little toe, region plantaris pedis, posterior aspect of first cuneiform bone, lower side of medial malleolus and medial aspect of heelstick. Lower limb: it goes along medial border of cutaneous region of bladder meridian at back and goes along medial aspect of calf, medial side of popliteal fossa then ascends to lower side of pubis at front directly. Abdomen: it is distributed from skin between cutaneous region of stomach meridian and cutaneous region of conception vessel to clavicle.

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of spleen meridian: Chest and abdomen: it is distributed between cutaneous regions of stomach meridian and gallbladder meridian. Thigh: it is distributed between cutaneous regions of stomach meridian and liver meridian, 6 cun below knee is distributed between cutaneous regions of kidney meridian and liver meridian. Foot: it is distributed over anterior side of medial malleolus, dorsal side and medial side of hallux.

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of liver meridian: Foot: it is distributed in lateral dorsal side of hallux and medial side of second digit of foot and is distributed over dorsum of foot the same width. It is distributed between cutaneous regions of stomach meridian and spleen meridian at 6 cun below knee and between cutaneous regions of kidney meridian and spleen meridian at 6 cun above knee and thigh. Chest and abdomen: it is distributed over skin of cutaneous regions of spleen meridian, gallbladder meridian and centre cutaneous region of stomach meridian.

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of small intestine meridian: Hand: it is distributed over lateral and dorsal sides of little finger, lateral and dorsal sides of fifth metacarpal bone. Lower limb: it is distributed over lateral aspect of ulna, lateral dorsal aspect of ulna and dorsal lateral side of upper limb. Shoulder: it is distributed over posterior lower side of shoulder joint, lateral side of shoulder, spine of scapula and lateral aspect of trapezius. Head: it is distributed over skin of preauricula and preauricula.

Distribution areas of cutaneous region of triple energizer meridian: Hand: it goes along dorsal side of middle finger and ring finger and is distributed over dorsal side of palm the same width. Upper limb: it is distributed between skin of ulna and radius, ulnar bone goes along cutaneous region of small intestine meridian and radial bone goes along ulnar bone of dorsal side of radius and goes radial border of olecranon, upper arm goes along lateral side of humeral bone to posterior aspect of shoulder joint.
