Stew Pig's Hocks with Papaya and Peanuts

[Ingredients]
①5 pig's hocks ②200g. peanuts ③ 1 papaya ④8 red dates
[Seasoning]
(A) 2 tbsp. rice wine; proper salt.

[Methods]
①Rinse and blanch pig's hocks. Rinse peanuts and soak for 1 hour. Pare and pit papaya, then cube. Soak and pit red dates.
②Stew pig's hocks, peanuts, red dates with 10 cups of water; after boiling, turn to low heat to stew for 1 hour, and then add papaya and seasoning (A); continue cooking until hocks are soft and done.
